§ 32.066 ACTING AT A MEETING.
The Trustees shall act at a meeting or in writing without a meeting by the vote or concurrence of a majority of the Trustees, but no Trustee who is a participant or beneficiary under the plan shall take part in action on any matter that has particular reference to his or her own interest under the plan. A dissenting Trustee who, within a reasonable time after he or she has knowledge of any action or failure to act by the majority, registers his or her dissent, in writing, delivered to each other Trustee and to the Committee and Plan Administrator (if any) shall not be responsible for any such action or failure to act.
