, , , and are hereby appointed as the initial Trustees of the trust and hereby agree to accept the terms of this trust and agree to perform the duties created hereunder. The Board of Directors of NIRC may appoint and remove any individual as Trustee in its sole discretion and any Trustee may resign at any time by giving the Board of Directors of NIRC at least 30 days prior written notice. No change of Trustee shall affect the powers, duties and obligations of the remaining Trustees as they existed immediately before such change. Any successor Trustee shall have the same powers and duties as those conferred upon the initial Trustees herein.
