§ 32.035 REINVESTING THE INVESTMENT FUND.
   The foregoing notwithstanding, the Trustees or any Investment Manager, in his or her discretion, may invest and reinvest the principal and income of any investment fund in short term obligations, such as, but not limited to, commercial paper, certificates of deposit, notes, bills and acceptances, pending investment in such class of investment as is permissible for such investment fund, and may retain such cash balances in each investment fund as they deem necessary to meet the current cash needs of the plan.
