§ 32.034 TRANSFER OF INVESTMENT FUND.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this trust, all or any part of an investment fund may be transferred to and invested in any collective investment trust then qualified for tax exemption under I.R.C. § 401(a), which is then maintained by a bank or trust company then acting as an Investment Manager. Such transfer or investment, however, shall be consistent with the purposes of the applicable investment fund to which the assets relate. The provisions of the document governing such collective investment trust, as amended from time to time, shall govern any investment therein, and are hereby made a part of this trust agreement.
