§ 32.032 RESIGNATION OR REMOVAL OF INVESTMENT MANAGERS.
   The Trustees may remove any Investment Manager by delivering to such Investment Manager an instrument executed by the Trustees. Any Investment Manager may resign by giving written notice to the Trustees but no Investment Manager so resigning shall be relieved of the obligation to account for its proceedings as Investment Manager. In the event of the resignation or removal of an Investment Manager, the Trustees may, in their discretion, appoint one or more successor Investment Managers.
