The Trustees shall make payments from the fund for the purposes of the plan to such persons, in such manner, at such times and in such amounts as the Committee or Plan Administrator may, from time to time, direct. The Trustees shall be accountable for compliance with such directions but shall have no duty to question the propriety of any such direction.
