§ 10.039 ASSISTANT SECRETARY.
   There shall be at least one Assistant Secretary of the Board who shall provide general assistance to the Secretary, perform the duties ascribed to him or her and acknowledge or attest to signatures of officers on contracts or other documents as may be required from time to time.
