§ 32.003 AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE.

   (A)   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division, are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commuter Rail Division to execute and deliver said savings plan and savings trust.

   (B)   The Chairperson of the Commuter Rail Division and, at the Chairperson’s designation, the Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division, are hereby authorized and directed to take such action as they deem necessary or appropriate to implement, administer and enforce said savings plan and savings trust.
