§ 32.001 ADOPTION.
   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (“Commuter Rail Division”) hereby authorizes the adoption of the Northeast Illinois Railroad Corporation Retirement Savings Plan (“savings plan”) and the creation of the Northeast Illinois Railroad Corporation Retirement Savings Trust (“savings trust”).
