(A) Participation by the Commuter Rail Division and the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation (collectively, “Metra”) as participating employers in an I.R.C. § 125 Flexible Benefits Plan for medical, dental, vision and dependent care (child care) expense reimbursement and extension of coverage of these plans to all Metra employees is hereby approved and confirmed.
(B) The CEO, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to take such action as may be necessary or desirable to approve, execute and implement any plans, agreements and documents under the ordinance incorporated herein this section.
