(A) The Board hereby provides approval for the Executive Director to make the third and fourth quarter matching 401(k) contributions for 2010 as described in, and up to the limits described in, the current Exhibit A to the plan.
(B) Attachment 1 to the ordinance incorporated herein lists the names of the individuals and the amounts to be contributed for 2010.
(C) The Executive Director shall take such action as necessary to communicate with the Plan Administrator to effectuate these contributions.
(D) Metra will make no contributions for calendar year 2011 and beyond until further Board action authorizing contributions by Metra.
