§ 10.022 COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETING ACT.
   It is the public policy of the Board that it exists to aid in the conduct of the peoples business, and it is the Board’s intent that its actions are taken and deliberations are conducted openly. The Board shall conduct all its meetings in conformity with the Open Meetings Act (“OMA Act”). The Board may hold closed sessions for the purposes and in the manner permitted by such Act. (See § 3B.07 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act, being 70 ILCS 3615/3B.07.)
