The Executive Director of the Commuter Rail Division is hereby authorized and directed to arrange for the submission to the Internal Revenue Service of a determination letter request that the 401(k) Plan qualifies under I.R.C. § 401 and related provisions, the communication to employees of the Commuter Rail Division of the primary features of the 401(k) Plan and their eligibility to participate therein and the implementation of a system for withholding amounts from participating employees wages for transmission to the 401(k) Plan.
