§ 31.002 AUTHORIZATION OF PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS AND TRANSMISSIONS OF WITHHELD AMOUNTS.

   The Board of Directors of the Commuter Rail Division hereby authorizes payroll deductions and transmissions of withheld amounts to the 401(k) Plan on behalf of eligible employees of the Commuter Rail Division in accordance with the terms of the 401(k) Plan commencing after receipt of said favorable determination letter.
