§ 30.006 ADMINISTRATION OF THE POST RETIREMENT MEDICAL BENEFIT PLAN.
   The Chairperson and, by his or her designation, the Executive Director are hereby authorized and directed to implement and administer the post retirement medical benefit plan, or other similar or additional retiree medical plans, and all subsequent amendments to such plans, for Metra non-contract RTA plan participants.
