(A) The Chair of the CAB presides over all general Board meetings, designates subcommittees as needed and serves as the liaison from the CAB to the CRB.
(B) The Vice-Chair of the CAB assists the Chair of the Committee in fulfilling his or her duties and assumes the duties of the Chair of the CAB in his or her absence. The Vice-Chair of the CAB ensures that all CAB activities adhere to these bylaws. The Vice-Chair of the CAB performs other duties as required and approved by the CAB or as required by Metra.
