(A) No person may be a member or alternate member if that person has more than a 7.5% interest in a state contract, or the person together with his or her spouse, or an immediate family member has more than a 15% interest in a state contract.
(B) No person may be a member or an alternate member if that person has or acquires any financial interest in a contract with Metra.
(C) The same restrictions that apply in the Regional Transportation Authority Act (“RTA Act”), 70 ILCS 3615/1.01 et seq., for appointment as a Director to the CAB apply to the appointment of members or an alternate members.
