§ 14.007 ALTERNATE CAB MEMBERS.
   The CRB may appoint up to ten alternate members who shall serve concurrently with the appointed member, each of whom must reside within Metra’s service area. Alternate members shall serve only when a member shall be absent from a Board meeting. Alternate members shall serve without compensation. Each CRB Director may appoint an alternate member.
