Members are expected to serve two year terms, provided that they attend three quarterly Board meetings during a year. If a member fails to attend three quarterly meetings, the CRB Director appointing the member may substitute another person during the remainder of that current term. Members shall serve until their replacements are duly appointed. There are no limitations to the number of terms that a member may serve.
