(a) There is hereby established a two (2) hour maximum time limit for parking on the east side of Maple Street in the business district, as hereinafter defined, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to wit:
The north 118.12 feet of Maple Street, Village of Metamora, Fulton County, Ohio as illustrated by the attached “Exhibit A”.
(b) The penalty for violation thereof shall be as follows:
(1) Ten dollars ($10.00) if paid within seventy-two (72) hours;
(2) Twenty dollars ($20.00) if paid within thirty (30) days;
(3) If unpaid after thirty (30) days, a minor misdemeanor with a maximum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(c) The Street Superintendent shall proceed to post signs in compliance herewith.
