559.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

The provisions of this chapter shall be enforceable within the village concurrently with the state and federal laws relative to sanitation and health, and the ordinances or orders of the County Health Department relative thereto, and shall not be construed as modifying, repealing, limit or affecting in any manner such laws, ordinances, or orders.
