(a) Sewer rental charges shall be billed at the same time and along with the water bills and the obligation of billing and collecting the same shall be vested in the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs.
(b) All moneys collected as and for sewer rentals shall be kept in a special sewer fund and shall be used only for those expenditures allowed by law.
(c) Sewer rentals shall be charged commencing with the first day of the first full billing period for water after this section becomes effective.

(d) Sewer rates and rental charges shall constitute a lien upon the property of the resident of the Village of Metamora, and, if unpaid, may be certified to the Fulton County Auditor and shall be collected in the same manner as other taxes. (Ord. 205)
