(a) There is hereby established the position of Deputy Fiscal Officer to serve at the pleasure and discretion of Council. The general job description of the Deputy Fiscal Officer shall be established by the Personnel Committee.
(b) The position of Deputy Fiscal Officer shall have no definite term, and such position can be abolished upon written notice to the employee. The position of Deputy Fiscal Officer shall provide no further benefits to the employee with the exception of PERS, if available, and at the discretion of the employee.
