133.01 ESTABLISHED.

(a) Effective January 1, 2004, the Village shall replace or change the elected office of Village Clerk-Treasurer into an appointed office to be known as the Village Fiscal Officer pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.262. (Ord. 643. Passed 6-2-03.)

(b) The offices of Fiscal Officer and Clerk of the Board of Trustees for Public Affairs for the Village are hereby merged.
