A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk in the Mesquite City Hall, being marked and designated as the business license regulations ordinance, together with all tables of contents, definitions and fee schedules is hereby designated as the Business Code of the City of Mesquite, and by designation and reference is hereby adopted as this chapter.
