1-11-6: FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES:
All employment actions, including recruitment and selection of employees, shall be in accordance with this chapter and the personnel policies and shall be based upon job related preparation, achievements and fitness for the job based upon job related qualifications. No employee or prospective employee shall be discriminated against on the basis of sex, age, race, religion, national origin, disability or on any basis prohibited by any federal, state or city law.
