A. Adoption: A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City of Mesquite, being marked and designated as the Southern Nevada Pool Code, 2018 edition, be and is hereby adopted as the Pool Code of the City of Mesquite, in the State of Nevada for regulating and governing the installation of pools, spas and water features within the City of Mesquite; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Pool Code on file in the Office of the Mesquite Building Department are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.
B. Amendments: The Southern Nevada amendments with City of Mesquite amendments to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code are available for review at the City Clerk's Office. (Ord. 551, 10-23-2018, eff. 11-13-2018)
