6-2-5-5: FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY:
   A.   The driver of a motor vehicle shall not follow another vehicle more closely than is reasonable and prudent, having due regard for the speed of such vehicle and the traffic upon, and the condition of, the roadway.
   B.   No motor vehicle except an authorized emergency vehicle or a vehicle of an authorized member of the fire department shall follow within three hundred feet (300') of any vehicle of a fire department which is responding to an emergency or fire call. (Ord. 12, 8-16-1984)
