A. By the use of paint upon curbs, the following colors only shall be used and such colors indicate as follows:
1. Red indicates no stopping, standing or parking, whether the vehicle is attended or unattended.
2. Yellow indicates stopping only for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or freight for such time as may be specified.
3. Green indicates time limit parking as specified.
B. The regulations contained in subsection A of this section shall be effective upon such days and during such hours or time as may be prescribed by city council resolution. (Ord. 12, 8-16-1984)
