A. No person shall, without lawful authority, deface, injure, knock down or remove, nor shall any person shoot at, any official traffic sign or signal or any device, guidepost or historical marker placed or erected as authorized or required by law.
B. No person shall, without authority, deface, injure or remove, nor shall any person shoot at, any inscription, shield or insignia on any such sign, signal, device, guide or marker. (Ord. 12, 8-16-1984)
