6-2-4-3: OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC SIGNS AND SIGNALS:

It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, or the person in charge of any animal, or any pedestrian to disobey the instructions of any official traffic sign or signal placed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, unless otherwise directed by a police officer. (Ord. 12, 8-16-1984)
