6-1-16: THROWING SUBSTANCE AT OR FROM A VEHICLE:
No person shall throw any substance at a vehicle or any occupant thereof on any street, and no occupant of any vehicle shall throw any substance at any pedestrian walking or standing upon any street or sidewalk. (Ord. 12, 8-16-1984)
