A. Any person who annoys or molests a minor is guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. For the purpose of this chapter, the word "annoy" refers to conduct which would cause a reasonable person in the position of the minor or the parent or guardian of the minor to reasonably apprehend a significant threat to the minor's safety.
C. For the purpose of this chapter, the word "molest" refers to conduct which would cause a reasonable person in the position of the minor or the parent or guardian of the minor to reasonably apprehend the commission against the minor of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation, as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes 432B.100 or Nevada Revised Statutes 432B.110.
