Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and/or imprisonment in jail for not more than six (6) months, or any combination of such fine and imprisonment. Every day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 456, 12-11-2012)
