A. The city clerk shall record the sale of all lots on the municipal cemetery map to include reserved lots. The cemetery map shall be available for public inspection in the city clerk's department. There shall be no discrimination in the sale of lots, on any basis.
B. Plots may not be resold to a third party. Plots may be resold to the city at the original purchase price. Notice of change of plot shall be noted by the cemetery administrator. (Ord. 426, 5-12-2009, eff. 6-4-2009)
