2-16-5: HOURS OF OPERATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell marijuana at a licensed marijuana dispensary at any time other than between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. daily. (Ord. 524, 9-26-2017, eff. 10-18-2017)
