2-13-17: ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER:
The development services director or a designee is authorized and directed to establish rules and regulations as may from time to time be required to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter. Substantive changes to this chapter can only be made by the city council. (Ord. 464, 10-23-2012)
