2-13-7: ZONING COMPLIANCE:

Vacation home rental units are only allowed in Residential Zoning Districts which specifically list vacation home rental unit as a "permitted" or "conditional use". And the use of a dwelling for a vacation home rental unit shall comply with all development regulations for the respective zone, as well as any conditions of approval for a conditional use permit.
