2-7-8-5: INITIAL AND QUARTERLY PERMIT FEE:
The annual fee for a sexually oriented business permit is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) initially and three hundred seventy five dollars ($375.00) per quarter thereafter. (Ord. 305, 11-23-2004)
