2-12A-17: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:
Any person or organization that violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day or portion of a day in which a violation is committed constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. B23-004, 3-28-2023)
