10-7-4: TIME FOR COMPLIANCE:
Persons harboring a dog or cat subject to the spay/neuter requirement of section 10-7-1 of this chapter have one hundred twenty (120) days from the enactment of this title to comply therewith. (Ord. 433, 1-26-2010, eff. 3-1-2010)
