10-7-3: FORFEITURE:
Kittens and puppies born to cats and dogs not spayed or neutered in violation of this chapter are subject to forfeiture and may be given to the care of a local animal shelter for adoption. (Ord. 433, 1-26-2010, eff. 3-1-2010)
