10-6-15: SEPARATING ANIMAL FROM MOTHER:
A retailer, dealer or operator shall not separate an animal from its mother until it is accustomed to taking food or nourishment other than nursing. (Ord. 433, 1-26-2010, eff. 3-1-2010)
