Any person who rides, drives or leads any horse, mule, ox, sheep, cow or other animal upon any sidewalk of the City, except at regular crossings, or suffers any such animal to stand, remain or go upon or obstruct any sidewalk is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 433, 1-26-2010, eff. 3-1-2010)
