Helicopters landing or taking off at facilities located within the City shall at all times comply with the appropriate rules and regulations of the FAA for safe operation of such aircraft. Pilots using approved heliports or helistops shall be properly qualified to operate the aircraft as evidenced by the proper FAA certificate. The owner or operator of any heliport or helistop shall maintain a log of takeoffs and landings containing the type of aircraft, pilot name, date, and time of each operation. Said log shall be made available to appropriate representatives of the City upon request.
