SECTION 3.05 Clerk of Council
   Council shall appoint a Clerk of Council who shall serve during the pleasure of Council. The Clerk of Council shall attend all meetings of Council, keep its records and perform all other duties prescribed by Council. During the absence or disability of the Clerk, the Council shall appoint someone to perform the duties of the office. The Clerk shall not be a member of Council but may hold any other office in the municipality compatible with this office.
