1351.99 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   (a)   The Floodplain Administrator shall serve notice of any violation of any provision of this section on the person committing or permitting such violation. If such violation has not ceased within such reasonable time as the Floodplain Administrator has specified in said notice, he shall institute such action as may be necessary to terminate the violation.
   (b)   Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any requirements shall be deemed to be a strict liability offense, and shall constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor. Persons, firms or corporations guilty of such violations shall be subject to the penalty as set forth in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code for a fourth degree misdemeanor.
   (c)   Any structure erected or located contrary to any provisions of the chapter shall be and the same is hereby declared to be unlawful. The Floodplain Administrator may initiate injunction, mandamus, abatement, or any other appropriate action to prevent, enjoin, abate, or remove such violations.
