187.06 GIFTS OF REAL PROPERTY.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of the Land Reutilization Program, the City Manager may accept, on behalf of the City, as a gift, upon concurrence of the Council, real property, which may be held, administered and disposed of in the same manner as are lands acquired pursuant to this chapter.
