187.03 DEFERMENT OF TAXES.

Payment of any delinquent taxes, assessments, charges and penalties due and owing upon any parcels of tax delinquent and nonproductive real property acquired by the City pursuant to this chapter will be deferred until the City resells or otherwise disposes of such land in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 5722.
