115.27 PUBLIC HEARINGS.
   No visual display shall be permitted through copy or electronic format during a Public Hearing of Council unless the display was filed with the City as part of a rezoning or other application being heard by the Council pursuant to the Mentor Code of Ordinances. Any display shall be delivered to the offices of the Council President and the City Manager by 1:00 p.m. the business day immediately preceding the meeting. In light of the government access telecasting of Council meetings, no speech or display during a Public Hearing shall be permitted to advertise for commercial gain or enterprise.
